How much mortgage companies charge for closing costs? - mortgage costs
Asked my mortgage lender to close by 6% and the value of the house, I buy 100,000 U.S. dollars. I'm not sure if the 6% of the cost for the right to close. If anyone knows the answer, please let me know. Thanks

The average is about 6% should be before the end of the costs, including appraisal, insurance inspection to include 1 years, etc. Yes 6% is the approximate all closures
