What are my insurance options for my run down, vacant, mortgaged house? - vacant house insurance

Long story short, I have a mortgage on a house that is free and uninhabitable. My confidence comes from falling normal b / c the house does not seem to meet certain requirements. I have no money to pay for the house, but I need insurance on it because it is mortgaged. Can anyone me some options?
