Outdoor Kitchen Island - Use BBQ Grill unassembled? - outdoor grill islands

Has anyone built an outdoor kitchen and use the parts that come with a separate grill? (eg doors, grill, warmer?) someone pictures they can share? I wonder whether this approach is viable and whether it will be a cost savings. Thanks in advance!
